The 180 piece collection includes signed copies, magazine articles, first editions, uncorrected proofs and much more. Perhaps the most interesting item is the notorious copy of Jungle Lovers inscribed to VS Naipaul by Theroux. (When Naipaul 'got rid' of his signed copies of Theroux's works, this ended the two writer's friendship, as later written about in Sir Vidia's Shadow).
