I love this story. After being to hawaii and the south seas I have dreamed of this senerio and this book is so realalistic to me, the charecters so like people I know and can imagine this situation very easily with some of my family members, and Allie ( Myself). A cut above books of past island life syle casteway writing...I just cannot get over PET's honest and realism. Were'nt the phrophets just honest men who were underatted in their own time? If you like this book as well as Pauls travel novels, try Moritz Thomsen, he was golden and completely human.

This book made me laugh soo much! I totally loved it from the first page to the last one.. captivating book with it's anecdotes based on real American facts.. although fictional I can totally see the "drop out" of the American Man wanting to escape the suppression of it's poor leadership.
I'm not a fascist but I though this book would help to "awake" a repress nation of it's propaganda.
I'm an American living-tired of the silence with a low tolerance of ignorance
